Renters are entitled to a full refund, less the delivery service fee and taxes, for all cancellations made at least 30 days before the rental start date.
Renters are entitled to a 50% refund, less the delivery service fee and taxes, for all cancellations made at least 14 days before the rental start date.
The booking is non-refundable less than 14 days before the rental start date.
All bookings made at least 7 days before the rental start date are given a 24-hour cancellation grace period.
Bookings made within 7 days of the rental start date are given a 1-hour grace period. If a booking is canceled during a grace period, a full refund, including the delivery service fee, will be granted.

Your security deposit of $1,500 is due at time of booking. Your security deposit will be refunded after the RV has been thoroughly inspected and no issues or damages have been found . Said inspection may take anywhere up to 72 hours post-rental period, and your refund may take 7-14 business days to show as credited to your account depending on your banking institution.

DOGS: Though we do welcome your furry friends (dogs only) in the camper without charge, they may not be allowed on beds/ bedding or any upholstered area due to the soft material and the risk of stains, tears, or other damage and dog dander. We do not charge an extra fee for a dog. For this reason we encourage you to bring your own pet bedding for their comfort and/or request our DOG FENCE as an extra add on to your booking.
